Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping is free for eligible returns.

Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@americasaddle.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items:
At this time, we do not accept returns on final sale items.
