### Sizing Guide

 How do I choose the right saddle size?

The ideal saddle size is determined by the rider's hip measurement. A proper fit ensures comfort and stability during your ride.

**Measurement Tip:** Measure around the widest part of your hips (not waist). For women, we strongly recommend using the hip measurement in inches for accuracy as clothing sizes vary widely.

### Shipping Policy

 How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days**. Standard domestic shipping within the US typically takes **1–10 business days**. We ship via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations via DHL (7–21 business days). Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

### Returns & Refunds

 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within **30 days** of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. A **10% restocking fee** applies. Return shipping is free for eligible domestic returns.
